Greg R. Davis

Greg R. Davis, founder and principal, is a seasoned trial lawyer practicing in the areas of commercial and business litigation, as well as complex family law. His commercial clients include publicly traded companies for which he acts as independent general counsel, as well as construction-related businesses, insurance companies, restaurants and hospitality concerns. His unique perspective and creative approach to problem-solving focuses on preserving options and minimizing risk, both inside and outside the courtroom.

Mr. Davis regularly litigates and tries cases in courtrooms throughout the United States in matters of construction, contract law, intellectual property disputes, telecommunications litigation and regulatory actions, torts, and insurance issues.

With equal skill and experience, Mr. Davis also handles matters of complex family law.
